Responsible of all 30 working site operation of earth moving machines with different clients (Schlum berger, Ogdcl, fwo, nlc, lucky core industries, lucky cement etc).
Responsible of all types of maintenance at yard and all deployed site.
Responsible of all parts purchasing and repairing.

Repair and maintenance of difference pumps, Valves and generator.

Provided overarching supervision and management to keep more than 200 different models of the equipment and machinery in working condition (LTV, HTV AND MACHINES), different types of generators (Cummins, CAT, Olympian, Yanmar, Chicago Pneumatic) and small equipment like Water Pumps (Robin, Yanmar and Jaj) and blowers.

Main Responsibilities includes;

1. Responsible for Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Plant Machinery and Vehicle (PMV) section (engine, gear and transmission over hauling, hydraulics for LTV, HTV and full range of earthmoving equipment and machines). Ensuring engine, tyre, turner, fabrication, denting and painting shop in close synchronization for effective disposal of all kind of repair & maintenance.
2. Development and implementation of protocols to regulate maintenance, inspection and service to optimize machinery function.
3. Responsible to manage and supervise onsite repair and maintenance teams to keep all machines and gadgets in proper working condition thereby ensuring on time delivery of work and client satisfaction.
4. Responsible to maintain record of all PMV work through IBM® Maximo® Enterprise Asset Management software i.e. daily routine logs and schedules of progress, monitoring, repairing history, parts inventory and control at store, job cards and engagements.
5. Full hands on Cat® Service Information System (SIS), Volvo Premium Tech Tool PTT 2.06.46 latest APCI+ (Real Development) and Haulotte (OPTMIZER) machinery software for fault diagnosis & solutions.
6. Responsible to take care of insurance covered equipment in case accidents, damages and ensuring justified claims.
7. Responsible to bulk purchase of parts, consumables and outsourcing of experts for trouble shooting in case of warranty etc.
8. Responsible to identify areas to control cost, unnecessary delays and ensuring expenses within budget allotted

1. Responsible of all PM&CM of all machines (Cat fork lift from 15 ton to 50 ton, wheel loader, telehandler, reach stacker and genset).
2. Responsible of 5 to 6 different working site which distance more than 30 to 40 km from original site.
3. Responsible of all store activity which available in the site, maintain the stock, ordering and purchasing parts from local markets.
4. Responsible of repairing of damage part from local market.
5. Making daily, weekly and monthly basis workshop reports. Equipment log sheet and all other records.
6. Responsible of all main over hauling (Engine, transmission and gear box).
