 ENGINEERING:
 Execution of timely Corrective & Preventive Maintenance procedures on all Printing machines.
 Designing and implementing Cost-effective Innovations and Modifications on machines to improve Safety and Reliability.
 Responding to breakdowns.
 Maintenance of Structural & Electronic Elements of Machine and maintaining the spare parts inventory if possible.
 Investigate and understand root causes for issues in Engineering Operations.
 Installation of new machinery as well as assessing and arranging the associated technical/utility requirements that comes with it.
 Downtime analysis of machinery.
 Liaising with suppliers, vendors, contractors and consultants on various outsourced projects.
 Ensuring Safety Procedures are followed and implemented at all times. 
 PRODUCTION & PLANNING:
 Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures or duty assignments considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
 Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance or other operational reports to detect production problems
 Identify and evaluate the unsafe environment and practices
 Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of tool or parts of machines.
 Initiate or coordinate inventory control or cost control programs.
 Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on current literature pertaining to material use, technological advances or statistical studies.
 Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or direct testing during processing to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality.
 Negotiate material prices with suppliers.
 Supervise or train project team members as necessary.
 Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
 Implementation of ERP–Oracle.
