Responsible for submission, coordination and management of all the tenders of North Region from start to maturing of project: • Coordination with departments announcing tenders for issuance of bid documents • Reading and understanding of RFP criteria, project technical requirements and product compliance • Selection of products complying to requirement, designing of system, and costing • Discussion with product manufacturers about technical specifications and product certifications • Preparation of tender documentation and making sure the bid is substantially responsive • Coordination with finance department and timely arranging of bid securities and bank guarantees • Ensuring timely submission of bids • Following up on the submitted tenders and timely provision of clarifications • Completing the contract agreement documents and contract signing requirements • Coordinating with the employers and timely releasing bid security pay orders submitted with bids • Maintaining project documentation, keeping technical record and post award documents • Close coordination with supply chain, operations and finance department for project execution, funds and inventory import. • Back office support to project execution team and assisting in project closure documentation  Responsible for pre-qualifications, and enlistments of company with government departments  Designing and preparing technical proposals of hybrid, off-grid and grid tie systems for residential clients  Designing of Net-Metering systems, and help customers in filing application for NEPRA license  Preparing engineering designs to Alternative Energy Board Pakistan(AEDB) for inventory import NOC  Updating sales record in the software HUBSPOT on regular basis  Training and supervising management trainees in tender department  Project Coordinator for: NRSP 1150 solar home systems, NUML 136kW Net-metering project, CCH 200kw Net-metering project, NEPRA 20kW grid tie project, MUST 20kW hybrid system, 5Kw Net-metering system at DHA Responsibilities: • Main point of contact for the project and communicate project status to client • Ensuring project deadlines are met and all documentation is maintained for each project • Tracking the inventory import and inform the client about delivery of equipment • Reporting the project constraints, other issues and determining project changes
