v Prepare compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environment management system.
v Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.
v Monitor site/field activities guiding employees in order to control unsafe acts and conditions through positive feedback and effective counseling.
v Perform safety audits and inspections
v Carry out investigation of incidents for Root Cause Analysis and reasonable practicable prevention measure.
v Ensure implementation of policies and objectives.
v Ensure Inspection of Cranes.
v Prepare job safety analysis (JSA) including Hazard identification & Risk assessment.
v To promote HSE awareness among the entire workforce at site through HSE training.
v Assurance of proper PPE’s in the area.
v To coordinate the Workplace’s Emergency Procedures and act as an Organization’s Emergency on-site coordinator.
v Preparation of Emergency response Plan and formation of Emergency response team, ERP implementation at site.
v Manage the Contractors & Sub contractors regarding the safety issues
