As a Social Media Customer Service Representative my job is to provide customer support and engagement through various social media platforms, and perform following duties.
1: Monitoring and managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,etc.) to respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until a resolution is achieved.
3: Work closely with other customer service team members to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer support strategy across all channels.
