I started my career as a NOC Engineer. I learned to communicate with clients, troubleshoot real-time problems, and communicate with other teams for the resolution of problems. I learned tools like Footprint for ticketing and Network monitoring tools like Odine. After that, I got hired as a Technical support Engineer. This role aims for the ability to communicate with the client more efficiently and resolve the problem or escalate it to the relevant department. I learned here about IP telephones and VOIP technology. My career next jump is as an IT and Network administrator Engineer in a Software House, where my key responsibilities are to handle all the hardware and software related issues, installations, deployments and purchasings. Next, I got hired as a Network Design Engineer, where my key responsibilities are more focused on virtualization technologies and cloud computing. I learned the Opensource Cloud computing platform named OpenStack and work on it. Deploy and manage it. After a while, I got promoted to Automation Engineer, I write python and bash scripts for automating Infrastructure creation and manage it. Next, I got promoted as QA Team lead and Test Automation Engineer. Here I managed a QA team and in my supervision, we got 2 releases of our product successfully and the Client praised my effort to handle the work and team smoothly. The next step is to get promoted as a Senior Network Design Engineer. As a senior network design engineer, now I am managing my own projects. In one project in am working as an OpenAPI Specification Developer for ETSI (European Telecommunication Standard Institute) for there STF586 2.7 release. Another project I am managing is to RD on Opensource MANO and create demos for Client to have a technical overview and insight of the Opensource MANO in the creation of VNF and NS creation with Openstack as a VIM. I also worked on Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
