Ø  Training, development & Retail inventory management. Providing employees clear guidelines and targeted goals. Practiced in customer relations, Demonstrated skill in improving store operations, increasing top line sales, and reducing costs.
Ø  Responsible for planning and directing the operations of an organization to ensure and enhance performance, productivity and profitability.
