I did my MSc (Hons) Food Technology degree from University of Agriculture,Faisalabad in 1991,earlier i have completed my BSc(Hons)degree from same university (UAF).I have joined M/s Coronet Foods (Pvt) Limited,Hattar ( a subsidiary unit of English Biscuit Manufacturers,Karachi)where as a Head ofQA Department i was responsible for assuring timely inspection of all incoming raw/packaging materials,analysis of finished product inspections,development of product standards their strict compliance,development of mixing,cutting packaging standards with co-ordination of R D department.Being Food Safety Team Leader i was responsible for maintaining ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System,responsible for RCA along with possible control measures both in internal external complaints (customer complaints).I have vast experience with working of govt.regulatory bodies like PSQCA,Health Food Department.Supplier evaluation development of new suppliers of raw packaging materials was also my domain.I have also experience with preparation of WFP consignments (we have prepared 5-6 WFP (HEB) consignments.I hope that by giving opportunity i will prove my worth.
