Record keeping and resolve issues for Income Estimation Reports, Appraisal Reports and Legal Reports.
Resolve the discrepancies which are mentioned by credit department.
Create deviation approval and getting approval by higher authorities for finance.
Calculate the customer’s income by applying proxy formula on bank statements.
To verify applicants' employment status, salary, credit history and other financial information to determine their creditworthiness
