Duties and Responsibilities
• Management responsibility for all accounting and financial operations and reporting. Additional responsibility for oversight of Purchasing, MIS, Human Resources and Production Control. Created cost accounting methods for manufacturing.
• Oversee Filing of Income Tax and Sales Tax returns and attending tax authorities for their assessments, refunds and appeals.
• Gained Knowledge in designing and implementing accounting and related internal control systems. Analyzed the systems of internal control and initiate proper measures for improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Finalization of accounts, Stores/ Materials accounting, Tax audit details preparation, Debtors’ management and credit control
• Managed all financial and accounting matters including financial reporting and cash flow analysis. Perform annual audits with ICAP independent auditor.
• Preparation of Budgets and their variance analysis.
• Ensure resource availability and their allocation
Participated in Preparation of Administrative Policies and Procedures, Organisational Structural Review, Job Descriptions, and Recommendations regarding System up gradation.
