I am reporting directly Assistant Vice President and held responsible to update/manage the PPC & Store operation.
•To seem & verified Material receiving quantity & keep sign as receiving on MRS paper.
•Ensures that plastic resin & and other relevant raw materials are deliver to plastic, gasket and injection moulding shops according to bills of material and reservation.
•Responsible for issuance of packing cartons on Ref. & washing assembly line as per plan.
•Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.
•Check daily basis BOM, Transfer Posting, Open Reservation, Material document list, sale order & delivery note through SAP system.
•To take physical stock quantity and update physical stock status v/s SAP system on daily basis.
•Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
•Periodic Stock Count of material.
Store Officer
I am reporting directly A.M Store and held responsible to update/manage the store operation.
•To seem & verified Material receiving quantity & keep sign as receiving on manual MT paper.
•To move all stock from assembly floor to F.G. Area and verify quantity.
•Assign the tasks of maintaining proper record of inventory of items in warehouse and order as required.
•To take physical stock quantity and update physical stock status v/s SAP system on daily basis.
•Reconcile all inventory such as receiving / issuance and transfer stock in system.
•Check daily basis GRR, Transfer Posting, Stock Transport Order, Tender, sale order & delivery note through SAP system.
•To keep update and manage to transfer Semi Finish Battery to other plant & also manage all Industrial battery packing and keep ready for dispatches.
• To manage / planned to all damages battery stacking and placement at designated area
•segregate all sales orders dealers / market and destination vise & manage all delivery weight as per available vehicle standard / settled weight
•Ensure and manage Finance concern documents to provide timely such as MT slip copy, STPOs copy, Dealer Receiving Copy etc.
•FIFO system maintained in warehouse.
•Responsible housekeeping and general maintenance of battery store equipment’s (lifter, hand trolley, computers etc.)
•Maintain employee attendance, overtime timesheet & leave record.
