Warehouse Officer

Hand selected by the Managing Director to look after the inventory worth more than Rs. 200 million annually. Directed a team of 4 individuals in inbound and outbound processes and process improvement initiatives.
o Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
o Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
o Prepared the SOP of inbound and outbound processes along with re-modelling of the warehouse. Improved the flow of goods and cut the delivery lead time in half.
o Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
o Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
o Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
o Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
o Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
o Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
o Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.

Junior Auditor

Hired by the Chief Auditor to work with the audit team on conducting audit of different organizations including textile & garments, universities, hospitals and supply chain & logistics.

o Prepared the audit plan with senior auditors.
o Examine expenditures, revenue and other financial records to ensure that all numbers are accurate, regulations are complied with, and all payments are accurately classified and recorded.
o Audited pre-counted products, and performed one-on-one counts of inventory in manufacturing organizations to reconcile the inventory stock reports.
