•       Serves at Chemical department of Nandipur 425-525MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.
•       Supervises all operational activities of water treatment plant in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
•       Analyzes plant process water, steam water cycle, cooling tower, and demin water to ensure required water quality and maintains record of the results.
•       Investigates and provides supervision in plant chemistry related issues.
•       Engages with Chinese managers and workers and supervises the technicians during maintenance ensuring that activities are performed in line with health and safety standards.
•       Provides support for hazard identification, Job Safety Analysis, and formal risk assessments and ensures the implementation of the permit to work system.
•       Proposed modification in the filtration system of the water treatment plant and the cooling tower that resulted in improved efficiency of the system.

• Lead a QC/QA team of 8 members to fulfill the tasks assigned by Project Director
• Efficiently and safely managed the daily operation of facility quality control laboratory in accordance with established plant policies, safety procedures and analytical methodologies
• Commissioned the newly purchased equipment, handled and maintained the old equipment safely
• Developed a system of daily, weekly and monthly report submission, related to the production, which helped the organization to keep records of the production and easily analyze the statistical data
• Reviewed and analyzed test results generated from the laboratory testing activities such as boiler and softening water sample tests etc.

• Five months internship based upon rotation through different Departments of CCPP 425-525MW Project including Fuel Oil Treatment Plant (FOTP), Water Treatment Plant, Combined Cycle Power Generation Unit and Chemical Testing Laboratory
• Worked in laboratory for Fuel Oil Flash Point Testing, Specific Gravity, Viscosity measurement, determining the Quantity of Impurities present in the oil sample and Water Testing
• Learned about remote/manual Operation and Regeneration procedures of Ion Exchangers, Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine
• Developed block flow diagrams and a short training manual for students doing internship
