I have almost 5 year experience in electrical field and having 2 year experience at KOHINOOR ENERGY LIMITED 124MW combined cycle power plant (IPP) comprising of eight 18-V46 wartsila HFO fired diesel Engines coupled with ABB HSG-1600 S12 generators with a unique combination of 8MW steam turbine(Peter Brotherhood a part of dresser-rand group Inc.) driven with the help of eight UNEX exhaust gas boilers(EGB).

Site lead Engineer-Wind (O&M), at Descon power solution.
•To implement the PMS on daily/weekly/monthly and annual basis through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
•Plan and assign corrective maintenance jobs to O&M team and may serve as Field Engineer to solve problems at site.
•To supervise the annual maintenance activities of grid station and remote substation equipment and to prepare detailed inspection and testing report of HV and MV switch gear and all other grid associated equipment.
•To prepare reliability incident report (RIR), root cause analysis (RCA) and event report (if any) of the plant.
•Coordinate with client officials and attend weekly meeting with client to ensure on time closure of all the requirements
•Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly O&M report and share with client.
•Assisted Plant Manager to achieve IMS certification (ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001, OSAS: 18001) at YUNUS WIND ENERGY LTD.
•Evaluate performance and provide inputs to help evaluating employees performance.
•Carry out audits of O&M records on bi-monthly basis.
•Perform equipment inspection to ensure that it is safely maintained and operable.
•Supervise the operation and maintenance team for safe and reliable operation of plant.
•Data sharing (NPMV) with NPPC and to coordinate with RCC & NPCC.
•Coordinate with 3rd party for HV, MV relays testing activities, power transformers 50MVA all testing activities.
•To make sure the implementation of EHS protocols (PTW /(LOTO).
•To participate in EHS trainings/Housekeeping activities and Mock Drills.

Currently working at Kohinoor Energy Limited(124 MW diesel power plant) Lahore as Trainee engineer Electrical with excellent organization and team working skills Started from 30 march 2015. I am working in both maintenance and operation department.
OPERATION DEPARTMENT
Study the operation of plant (diesel engine, boiler, steam turbine) and physically traced out the following circuits:

steam circuit, RO plant)
ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS AND PROTECTION RELAYS
Control system drawing, synchronizing panel drawing, Generator panel drawing, MV system drawing, Auxiliary system drawing.
Study of Grid station 132KV drawings (control panel, protection panel, marshaling kiosk,132kv circuit breaker, OLTC drawing)
Study of different protection relays of ABB.(Over current and earth fault protection relay SPAJ140C, Generator protection relay SPAG332, Differential protection relay SPAD330C, Frequency relay FN960, Distance protection relay REN316, Over voltage relay, Buchholz Relay, Bus bar Differential protection relay)
ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP
Hand over experience of preventive maintenance (PMS), Contact resistance test of 11kv circuit breaker, Insulation test of Generator (Megger test), Earth resistance test and different jobs related to MV (11kv) side & LV (415v) side.
Assembling of different power as well as control circuits of motor (DOL circuits, REW &FW circuit,star delta stator)
INSTRUMENTATION AND CALIBRATION
Experience of preventive maintenance (PMS). Doing calibration of pressure & temperature gauges, testing of different equipment like solenoid valve, temperature sensor (thermocouple, RTD Pt-100), pressure switches, temperature switches, P/I & I/P converter etc.
Practical experience in programming of PID Controller (T48, P48), Different Actuators, Multi-Function Timer, Paperless recorder (mini PLC) and designing of control circuit on LOGO
