--Roles and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for managing overall software flow and support related issues of Panacea application



--Project: HOPe (Health Management ERP) Implementation

-HOPe is a JCIA compliant, comprehensive, integrated information system comprising of more than 22 modules, designed to manage all the aspects of a hospital's operation, such as medical, administrative, financial, and legal issues and the corresponding processing of services.


--Roles and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Requirement gathering of different modules of the system and then development of Requirement Specification documents for the modules. Deployment of ERP within multiple departments and hands-on training of departmental heads and supervisors on the beta systems.

• Responsible for designing and executing test cases.
• Responsible for managing overall test environment and collaborating with other business partners on testing time frames.
• Responsible for end-to-end testing that covers functional, non-functional, dynamic and non-dynamic testing.
• Responsible for writing special test cases scenarios fulfilling business requirements and UAT.
• Responsible for reporting the issues, retesting and perform regression testing for changes made within same build.
