JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 A Service Engineer, responsible for the Engineering & Technical services on the different sites projects.

 Responsible for the day-to-day assignments, team management & control of multiple projects.

 Installation, commissioning and handing over activity of systems/equipments.

 Provide training to clients related to safety, operation and maintenance.

 Attend breakdowns, fault troubleshooting & repair/replacement of the equipments.

 Supervise and maintained record of service and preventative maintenance.

 Maintained a system of Warranty Claims and communicate with OEMs to compensate for any components or systems shortfalls in reliability or design efficiency.

Hands on experience on: (not limited to)

 Troubleshooting of electrical & electronic systems.

 Drives, Generators, control systems, Motors, Pumps, Hydraulics & Pneumatics of heavy machines including
RTG, Elevated Work Platforms, Container Empty Handlers, Skid Steer Loaders & Yard Tractors.

 Design and implementation of Electrical Control & ELV Systems.

 Wiring & Installation of CCTV, Access Control & Fire Alarm Systems.

 X-ray Baggage scanning & food inspection machines, metal detectors, Conveyors & Explosive Trace Detectors.

Worked at Gwadar Port with Chinese & SriLankan in the project execution for recovering container handling equipments. The Project duration was about 04 months. I was carried out the duties & responsibilities mentioned below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managed all project-related correspondence, documents & planned resources to meet project goals.
• Made necessary arrangement to ensure a safety environment within work site.
• Carried out insulation resistance tests and connectivity tests for all motors, transformers and cables of both PC and RTG.
• Engaged with PLC wiring, testing & troubleshooting and identified communication errors trough T-Link between PLC and drives.
• Testing and troubleshooting of invertors.
• Maintained an effective inventory management system in order to ensure the availability of tools, parts and consumables within the budgeted limits.
• Conducted regular meetings with the clients and company coworkers in order to obtain a smooth project flow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervised the maintenance department activities.
• Responsible for day-to-day assignments & team management.
• Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot the faults & ensure repair/replacement of the equipment components.
• Preventive & planned maintenance of all machines.
• Responsible for maintaining an inventory in order to ensure the availability of tools, parts and consumables.

In the Business Unit-TRANSFORMER, gained valuable experience by learning the flow of work and visited various departments, Production of Distribution & Power transformers, Designing, Sales & Marketing, Planning and Test Field.
