Nasreen Naz is a development professional with a decade of experience in management, training, social mobilization, capacity building, education, WASH, and livelihood interventions. She has successfully worked with remote infrastructure and diverse teams.
Throughout her career, She has played a key role in project management and leadership, overseeing various project components, resource mobilization, and timely delivery of project outputs with a focus on quality. She has honed her skills in team and task management, utilizing various planning and execution tools.
She is particularly skilled in institutional capacity building planning and implementation, coordination, monitoring and reporting, donor compliance, and operational management.

Provide technical support and leadership to project staff across the country
Proficient and responsible in developing WASH, PHC, and Climate Change proposals as per annual work plan as required by funding agencies
Identify WASH, PHC, and Climate Change needs in potential program areas, based on learning and operational research, Coordinate & hold partnership meetings with INGOs and donor agencies.
Represent the organization at National WASH clusters and relevant forums, coordinate with implementing partners and other relevant Govt. & corporate organizations for effective linkages.
Identify learning and training opportunities & provide technical support for WASH project staff and work as a mentor and role model for less experienced staff.
Track the progress of activities, ensure the collection of program indicators, and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports.
Identify and monitor risks, constraints, or escalating issues, and inform the hierarchy accordingly.
Ensure that all relevant data and information is updated, well organized, and easily accessible and lessons learned and best practices are capitalized.
Ensure that the minimum standards of humanitarian relief in WASH are maintained in accordance with the Sphere Standard and Govt of Pakistan national WASH policies and guidelines.
Ensure the development and delivery of qualitative and quantitative surveys (baseline, end-line surveys etc.) at the field level as and when required Conduct regular assessments for WASH needs.
Conduct monitoring visits to project sites and individual performance management work plans
Responsible for preparing timely program and donor reports on project activities in compliance with internal and external donor requirements as per timelines
Provide strategic guidance to the project team in developing and/or aligning program activities to meet internal and external donor goals and objectives
Develop monthly and quarterly reports on the basis of field data
Review, monitor, and manage the budget allocated for the project and ensure the budget is utilized efficiently in-line with donor requirements and regularly provide feedback on Budget Variance Analysis to track program spending/ budget with the Head of Programs, Finance/Grant Unit and work closely with the partner on the same aspect;
Development of Information Education and Communication Material related to WASH
Coordinate and provide support to other team members of the Program to ensure a common approach, synergy, and sharing of information
Ø Job Responsibilities
· To provide strong leadership, encourage, support, and mentor the Program team, and ensure capacity is built and appropriate results are attained.
· To develop strategies for implementation of all planned activities in consultation with the field team and other relevant key staff.
· PM will be the focal person of the projects and will be responsible for all correspondence with donors and concerned stakeholders at the local, district, province, and national levels.
· To conduct regular meetings with program staff to review program implementation progress, document challenges, and come up with solutions as per the prevailing situation.
· To provide effective, innovative, and technical support in the overall management of the Program to achieve desired results in an effective way.
· Documenting lessons learned and best practices from major Program interventions and disseminate them to relevant stakeholders on regular basis. It will be also making sure that all program learnings will be incorporated for future improvement of the program.
· To make sure that all planned activities should be completed as per the detailed implementation plan (DIP) and obtain approval from the donor if any activity is carried forward/changed.
· To submit monthly and quarterly work plan and progress reports along with key challenges to Chief Executive Officer as well as with donor organization on a regular basis and projects completion report (PCR) on prescribed formats
· To make sure that all policies and procedures related to HR, administration, finance, and program quality should be followed by all staff members in accordance with approved SOPs of AGAHE.
· To conduct field visits and surprise checks as per need of the projects and findings should also be shared with team members for further improvement.
· To keep liaison with relevant key stakeholders including Govt Officials, Academia, CSOs, Donors, Media, and Community Representatives for effective coordination related to the project in the interest of the organization.
· Actively participate in different Platforms at the district, provincial and national levels and represent AGAHE for lobbying, experience sharing, learning, and profile building of an organization.
· To make sure the visibility of AGAHE at union council, tehsil, District, and Province level as per branding guidelines.
· Celebration of international days in collaboration with program team and Sector Partners at District, Province level and engage key stakeholders to for advocacy purpose.
· To guide & facilitate communication team for the development of IEC material, brochure, leaflets, posters as per need of the organizations and make sure that proper record of all IEC material should be maintained
Overall responsibility of Social Mobilization teams and activities in their respective Union Council.
Supervise and monitor the progress of Social Mobilizers (Male and Female) in team.
Supervise field research activities pertaining to base line, assessment, case studies and develop quality photo record.
To encourage and stimulate full participation of all community members; with special attention to those who are usually un-accessed, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making process.
Properly orient the project staff about overall objectives and activities of the project
Review team work plans, reports and give feedback

Organize the orientation the events of the LSOs to develop their understanding about the child rights and build the capacity of LSOs for promotion of child rights
Validate the CRPs identified by the project team to determine either these CRPs have been identified as per criteria or not. Provide feedback to project team about selection process so that CRPs are selected as per criteria
In coordination with UNICEF’s provincial focal person organize the trainings of the CRPs on community awareness process
Visit the Multifunctional Community Centers and provide on job coaching/support to Coordinators of the MFCCs for the management of the MFCCs, organization of the community events and record keeping
Maintain close liaison with education partner of the UNICEF for non-formal education classes for children and adult literacy classes at the MFCCs
Regular on job capacity building of the project staff to understand the community mobilization mechanism on health, education , sanitation and child rights
Coordination with the concerned stakeholders for planning and celebration of the international events approved in the project document.
Facilitate the LSOs representative for their participation in advocacy events/ trainings organized by Labor department and Child protection department for the promotion of child rights
Coordination with NRSP team and Livestock department to organize the training on basic livestock management skills for the beneficiary of the IGGs
Coordination with BBSYDP , NRSP and other NGOs/institutions working on skill training for skill training of women and youths from target families,
Review the existing and provided material particularly with reference to District Coordination Committees (DCCs) under LG elected Representatives.
Conduct Training events of DCCs in different Districts of Punjab Province.
To develop trainings manuals.
Submit training reports after the completion of the training events.
