Worked at Harrison Co as a Letting Assistant from May 2012 to
December 2013.
- Deal with all the enquiries we receive from Zoopla and Prime Location.
- Book viewing appointments for all the enquiries we receive.
- Check all the documents for new tenants and send their details to credit check agency.
- Prepare tenancy agreement for the tenants
- Prepare inventory report for the rented properties.
- Receive rent for the properties we manage and issue receipt and transfer money into the landlords account and issue them invoices.


Working at Woolton Manor Care Home as an Administrator from January 2014 to up till now.
- Make sure staffing level requirements to be fulfilled
- Arrange for staff from agency in case of shortage of staff
- Order the stuff requested by Nurses or other Care Staff
- Sorting all the invoices and make sure suppliers are being paid on time
- Record all the invoices in to the system
- Update Purchase Day Book, Cash Book, Cash Expenses and send the report to proprietor on weekly basis
- Invoice residents every month for care fee and the services provided by the Home
- Invoice to each council and make sure money received by all the councils
- In case of death of any resident inform to relevant council so that they stop the fee of deceased resident
- Reconcile all the receipts with the invoices and list of residents
- Make sure all payments received and banked.
- Communicate with residents and or their relatives in case of any confusion on billing or matter related to residents
