- Monitoring Network Stats like ACD ,ASR ,PDD ,SCD e.t.c on Consistent Basis using JeraSoft VOip Carrier Suite

-Monitoring Network Alerts like pps and client funds
- Handling Operational Issues on daily basis
- Responding to Trouble Tickets
- Executing Routing Plans like CLI , Standard or Blended routes
-Executing route analysis
- Testing Routes using eyebeam
-- Routing of different clients and their testing
- Identifying Issues on Routes like FAS ,no RBT,Fake RBT,Dead Air, Fake answers,quality issues, high PDD e.t.c
-Analyzing the performance of routes on the basis of defined quality (QoS) parameters & ensuring that processes are aligned to achieve committed SLAs & KPIs.
- Monitoring live traffic
- Working with Business Development Team for adding new routes and optimizing the existing routes
- Identifying issues based on Sip Cause Codes (CC)
- Identifing issues with the help of Summary and Orignation-termination Reports
- H2H testing with clients and vendors
- Route testing with the help Of G711 and G729 codecs
- Providing daily support to the clients
- Dealing with international carriers, making VoIP interconnects with them on SIP/H323 & troubleshooting of signaling traces.
-CDRS reconciliation for Interconnect testing
-Managing the effective and cost-efficient routing of voice traffic over the IP network using H.323 and SIP protocols, via Nextone ,JeraSoft Voice Carrier Suite.
