Mustafa worked with Chand Bagh School (CBS) as a Research & Development Officer and worked for almost 4 years. He developed SOP's and accordingly developed major Training and Development programs.
Mustafa got the privilege to enter into United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as a Supervisor for scanning and digital filling of records. Provided leadership for the Digital Filling department and motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency and managing the companies Data Entry and IT activities.
Before UNDP, Mustafa worked with Meezan Bank Ltd (MBL) as a Service Quality Coordinator. He Joined Meezan Bank in 06th June, 2008. After six months on job training got confirmed as an “Officer Grade II. Worked almost in all departments of Service Quality and IT. Lastly worked as "Officer I" at Mansehra branch.
Mustafa started out his career from International Medical Corps (IMC) as an IT/Logistics Officer.
Mustafa has a Master's degree with a major in Information Technology field. He did his Master's from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. During the 2 year undergraduate study, his academic records kept distinguished. He has got an overall CGPA of 3.32 out of 4.
Furthermore he graduated from Allama Iqbal Open University-widely considered one of the most prestigious universities of the Abbottabad. During the 3 year undergraduate study, his academic records kept distinguished. He was granted the second best student award as he has got an overall “A” Grade. Mustafa has an additional Technical Diploma degree with a major in computer Sciences.

Key Responsibilities in terms of I.T:
Responsible for the design, installation, administration, operation and maintenance of Local Area Network.
Performed system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity; and reliability of automated tasks.
Interface with users to identify computer related needs and provide appropriate software/hardware support applicable to those needs.
Ensure routine backups are performed.
Daily problem resolution and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting Software Applications and protocols.

Assist and guide the customers regarding Bank Policies and Procedures.

Act as a focal point between branch and Service Quality department at HO and lodging complaints and customer’s info updates in CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software.

Responsible for the installation and maintenance of IT equipment including (but not restricted to) printers, scanners and workstations. Supporting customers using remote access technologies and also by visiting client sites.
