► MHPSS Officer at International Medical Corps
Working as a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) professional at International Medical Corps, collaborate with five government schools in District Jamashoro. My role involves engaging with school children through play and recreational activities. Additionally, I conduct training sessions for parents on positive parenting skills and provide Psychological First Aid (PFA) training to teachers.

Worked as a child protection case worker with (UNICEF) consultant with Micro merger pvt lt. To provide support and assistance to children and families who are facing various challenges. Assessment of child protection rights and needs, set goals, connect them with resources, and offer counseling. Collaborate with other professionals, document progress, and advocate for clients\' rights. Confidentiality, regular follow-up, and ethical practice are integral to our work.
► Psychologist at SOS Children’s Village Jamshoro Sindh.
Provided psychological services including assessments, interventions, consultations, crisis intervention and psycho-social-educational therapeutic services to children, youth, families, and caregivers served by SOS Children’s Villages.
• Complete Mental Health Assessments (MHA) and Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) for all assigned clients and make appropriate service recommendations to assist the Director of the organization.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to assigned clients to achieve the goals outlined in the client service plan.
• Prepare progress reports for the client’s case study and different psychological tests used for diagnosis and assessment.
