I am having 7 years working experience in the field of FSL, Mobilization, Management and as well as in program at different position from FSL-Assistant, Health and hygiene promoter, Supervisor to Field Officer in ACF-International, Gorakh Development organization and National commission for human development and UN-Hopes having MA(Sociology), equipped me with the knowledge of management, team management, planning, controlling, executing and motivating employees, also Field experience unable me to face the field problems smoothly. And good knowledge of project and its cycle management unable me to cope with deadlines and time limits
Main Responsibilities:
Build partnership with key stakeholders and individuals in the community.
Liaise and coordinate with program staff for project implementation.
Carry out awareness raising sessions and outreach activities to inform the community members about services.
Should pass on routine feedback findings of the community members and other stakeholders.
Will facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management through CBFRM in a transparent manner.
Respond and adjust to a flexible activity scheduling, logistical constraints related to public space management, or social dynamics involving the community and its expectations.
Act in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner towards other colleagues & community.

· Ensure provision of health education and primary care at community level through field visits
· Look after management of Menstrual Hygiene Management desk, development of linkage and referral pathway for the complicated cases from the community to the health facility
· Assist male community mobilizers in formulation of Health Committees for generation of emergency funds to facilitate community women for seeking emergency care in the community
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator his designee.
Facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led Food security and Livelihoods activities
Work with community committees and provide information to ensure accountability fairness and transparency during implementation of activities
Work closely with community structures to follow up on implementation of planned community activities
Planning (with government staff) of capacity building courses for communities and CBOs
Monitoring of activities and documentation lessons for future program
Assuring the working conditions on the field, especially security rules are respected
Planning and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly activities, contribute to annual and long term planning
Identification with communities of the equipment/materials needed and presentation of respective procedures (e.g. IOFs)
Management of the forecasting and the delivery of the equipment materials needed on the field, in good collaboration with the logistic department
Follow-up of the quality of the intervention
Conduct monitoring and to analyze the impact of the different programs for economic support: Cash program and Agriculture support programs and participate in debriefings with the deputy program manager at daily bases
Insure the coherence of the different activities of the programs in collaboration with other officers, deputy program manager or program managers
To represent ACF in the field (in meeting with government, CBOs and communities) with the different stakeholders at field level
Participate actively in initial training sessions, rapid assessments and debriefing
