Preparation/ supervision of the preparation of financial reviews, cash flow statements, financial management reports and annual accounts for audit
Collecting relevant data from all Company cost centres, preparing and consolidating the Company Annual Budget
Ensure that Company is equipped with sound Financial Management procedure and policies
Fully participate in the decision making processes/ forums for strategy of Company
Developing an effective cash flow/ control systems; pricing policies; creditor/debtor policies and guidelines; and a fixed asset register
Monitoring of creditors/debtors accounts, cash position, payments control/regulation, investment of cash surplus
Delegating to, and supervising the Accountant (purchases), carry out an asset inventory and attach values to all Company Assets
Preparing management reports for discussion in Management and Finance Committees
Initiating, discussing and approving management decisions In liaison with the management team, periodically reviewing the existing pricing methodology
Audits and Reviews:
Play the in-charge role on the audit engagements.
Draw initial conclusions on client queries, being alert to both commercial concerns and technical accuracy and referring upwards if necessary.
Perform fieldwork on assigned clients, assisting with the setting of budgets and pricing, scheduling audits, selecting staff and assigning workloads, developing the audit strategy, all within the RASG Audit Methodology, and using technology tools.
Identify issues for reporting in the management letter, and other communications with management, and drafts the final documents for review by manager and partner.
Budget time allocation to assignments and explain variances from budget and collects cash on time.
Lead and manage the audit team in the field on large assignments.
Supply or attend briefings which are clearly understood on all assignments
Ensure completion of audits/projects within agreed timescales and budgets.

Assessment of the financial statements in order to ensure their compliance with the requirements of the local Laws, Regulation and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) as adopted in Pakistan.
Preparation of other deliverables, such as, management letter identifying control weaknesses, its implications and recommendations.
Providing assistance in the preparation of individual financial statements, group financial statements and condensed financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted in Pakistan and local statutory framework.
