Background in Health, Nutrition and Research with 13 years of combined professional experience in national and international organizations. Currently, I am working with Indus Hospital & Health Network as a MEAL Officer on the project of Infection Prevention & Control funded by Global Fund. Previously, I have remained expereince with PPHI Sindh as a District Monitoring Officer in Nutrition Project for 5 years from Jan, 2017 - Jan, 2022 in which my contribution lasts since the inception of project as well as I was awarded as a Best District Monitoring Officer of the Region Larkana for the year 2020. Furthermore, I have been working in two International Researches from Feb, 2015 - Dec, 2016 as a Research Supervisor and Field Officer which were conducted by John Hopkins University America in District Dadu named R2HC (Research for Health in Humanitarian Crisis) INTRODUCING SAFE DRINKING WATER FOR CHILDREN WITH SAM (SEVERE ACUTE MALNUTRITION) and REFANI (Research on Food Assistance for Nutritional Impact). Moreover, I have also been worked as a Nutrition Stabilization Supervisor for 4 years with ACF International in EU-WINS (European Union-Women Children/Infant Improved Nutrition in Sindh) project. Additionally, I have been rendering my services within the scope of flood emergency activities between Sep, 2010 and Mar, 2011 with MSF-Belgium in Jamshoro/Johi Project. Besides, I have also hospital experience of 1 year as a Staff Nures in Shifa International Hospital Islamabad.
· Ensure the alignment of M&E activities with program goals.
· Contribute to the development of annual work plans to identify project targets and ensure inclusion of M&E activities.
· Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions.
· Analyse data for accuracy, flag validation or quality issues, and contribute to system fixes.
· Aggregate and analyse data from across IPC’s information platform to contribute to management decision-making and reporting.
· Ensure quality and timely submission of monthly reports as well as generate monthly indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed.
· Ensure a unified approach to partner self-assessment and programmatic close-out reporting Conduct field visits for data validation and to monitor the quality and completeness of data sets; coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data; capture and document lessons learned; and champion the scaling up best practices.

· Ensure the CMAM Program implemented in the health facilities and union councils as per the project proposal and project work plan.
· Give technical and programmatic guidance for all nutrition staff under the supervision.
· Ensure all the components of the project activities are carried out as per national guidelines and with high quality standard.
· Conduct regular monitoring visit to OTP sites at health facilities and also to union councils to assess the implementation status of projects activities towards achieving the project objectives in an efficient way.
· Use the standard monitoring/supervision tools in order to accomplish the nutrition activities in standardized way.
· Organize periodic review meetings at district level and provide feedback to district nutrition coordinator regarding program implementation.
· Organize and conduct orientation for nutrition staffs and other auxiliary staff.
· Provide technical and programmatic guidance for nutrition staffs at OTP sites through regular supportive supervision and coaching.
· In close coordination with ACF International organize trainings for the project staff.
· Ensure that nutrition staff under the supervision is at their work place and performing their duties responsibly during working hours.
· Make timely requisition and ensure timely arrival of supplies from ACF International and monitor distribution at OTP sites.
· Monitor proper storage of nutrition supplies at district warehouse and prepare reports for ACF International.
· Prepare stock reports and share with ACF International.
· Coordinate with District Health Offices and other implementing partner to ensure close collaboration for implementation of the project.
· Coordinate and maintain good working relationships with local government authorities in the district.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by district nutrition coordinator or provincial coordinator PINS, PPHI Sindh.
Effective Implementation of Program Activities
• Define program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.)
• Ensure provision of equipment, materials, supplies and drugs as necessary.
• Assess the needs of identified locations with local authorities and health personnel (HR, material/training needs, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of all reports from Nutrition department respectively to PPHI & NSP.
• Organize monthly meetings with the team and report the outcome to the head of the programme along with proposed action plan.
• Supervising treatment and progress of patients.
• Ensuring IYCF education is disseminated to the target beneficiaries.
• Supervise the daily and monthly reporting submitted by field the teams.
Team Management
• Oversee all staff for the nutrition project including regular performance evaluations, management, general well-being, job descriptions, work schedules, discipline, etc. in co-ordination with NSP, Nutrition PC PPHI and DOH and in accordance with PPHI and MOH HR policies and guidelines.
Representation and Coordination
• Coordination and participation in Provincial Nutrition Cluster, and nutrition assessment/ survey groups and filing of meeting mintues.
Nutrition Supplies, Equipments and Stock Management
• Monitor stocks physically at BHU level, check for expiry date, quality and quantity
Checking that all the supplies are listed in the stock register, bin cards are visible.
• Participate in the follow-up of supplies consumption and orders.
• Make monthly physical inventory of all nutrition supplies.
• Raising relevant requests for supplies and stock well prior in time to prevent exhaustion of stocks and supplies for interventions.
• Planning and organization of field based tasks.
• Support the Research Managers (Implementation and Technical) with the development of the R2HC research study.
• Support the Research Manager to pilot the tools of quantitative and qualitative data collection tools.
• Effectively lead the team of Research Data Collectors and Research Mobilizers on data collection on community profile questionnaire, baseline and monthly data collection through electronic data collection system (Open Data Kit, ODK) on Android phones.
• Form teams and distribute tasks among the teams.
• Prepare integrated monthly planning and individual staff planning.
• Assist immediate manager in designing movement plans.
• Carry out regular data quality checks – e.g. field visits to spot check and guide teams on data collection and community mobilization.

• Ensure all criteria are respected and understood by the teams, including admission, discharge and transfer to and from the SC.

• Review the forms completed by staff to ensure completion, accuracy and coherence
• Ensure adequate availability of all medical and food supplies and ensure stock is pre-positioned as planned by discussing with logistics
• Through liaison with the community mobilizers and nutrition volunteers, provide effective follow up of all cases: particularly tracing of children who are absent from the programme, sick children, long stay children, children not gaining weight, and children with social problems etc.

• Providing MOH staffs with technical support in convening meetings and answering questions on topics relevant to the project as necessary.
