After working on networking for long time, my interest toward networking escalated and that’s why by using my skills and qualifications I want to work on same field and want to contribute in organization’s success. Moreover, my interest toward databases, networks and systems inspired me to work in this field
1. Resolving windows system issues.
2. Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems
3. Troubleshooting network LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
4. Installation of hardware and software at the customer’s premises.
5. Administration of ticketing system/helpdesk system for the resolution of complaints.
6. Installation and configuration of system and network printers and scanners.
7. Managing all customer issues and if required escalate it to required departments.
8. Perform troubleshoot on all network and application issues and recommend resolutions to ensure better customer services.
9. Manage requests from internal and external clients and resolve it through email and phone.
10. Monitoring the network through the Network Monitoring System. Network performance reporting such as bandwidth usage, pack loss, downtime of the remote terminals.
11. Documentation of troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
12. Participating in 24x7 on-call rotations
13. Working on large scale, publicly facing websites
