Ensuring construction work is completed within the targeted timelines.

Issuing purchase requisition to the procurement officer for required material promptly.
Prepare quantity estimates to assign required resources.
Responsible to carry out material inspections and liaise with client representatives.
Prepare a work progress report.
To maintain the site's manpower and resources.

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
Cross-check subcontractors'' invoices.
To read and understand the drawings of Architecture, Structure, Electrical, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary.
Verify and approved the labor payment (daily wages of labor) and submit it to the accounting office.
Provide technical and fieldwork/activities reports to the Project Manager.
To check and verify the bills of contractors, subcontractors, and local vendors.
Interpret company policies for workers and enforce safety regulations.
Managing the construction material on site.
Making the bills of construction work or bills of quantities concerning measurement.
Preparing status reports and presentations as & when required.

Overseas Construction and Renovation work of Sefam Pvt. Ltd. Brands (Bareeze, Minnie Minors, Chinyere, Rang Ja, Home Expressions, The Fabric Store, B-Man, The Entertainer, Polo Ralph Lauren) outlets all over Pakistan.
To prepare interior work bills of quantities and cost analysis of projects.
Monitor the progress of work at the site as specifications and drawings.
Handle maintenance work of outlets.
Handle maintenance portal and received various complaints from outlets.
Coordinate and oversee contractors or other professional services as necessary and ensures that the completed work is inspected and conforms to specifications and standards.
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, and processes to ensure the best practices.
Verify the quotation and bills of contractors.
Manage suppliers/Contractors' payments.
Filling Projects documents.
Attend staff meetings, training, or other events as required.
