o Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule.
o Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
o Monitoring of daily and weekly progress reports.
Resource Management
o Resources Estimation and Loading in P6 plan.
o Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms.
o Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.
