I am a development sector professional with more than 10 years of experience in operations and project management with reputable national & international organizations. My work experience is mainly related to Humanitarian Project Management and Integrated Development Projects. I have an excellent blend of experience working with community-based organizations, government agencies, and private businesses and also leading direct field implementation teams. I have relevant academic degrees in MS Project Management (3.53/4 CGPA) and MSc Sociology (1st Div.) and also have relevant professional courses i.e., Business Community, Basics of Project Management, Basics of Disciplined Agile, and Basics of Scrum from Project Management Institute (PMI), moreover, I am an aspirant of Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) certification. I have attended different training to enhance my skills to manage long-term and complex projects.
My humanitarian and development works are related to Emergency Flood Response, Health, WASH (CLTS-PATS), School WASH, CMAM (Nutrition), and substance use disorder (SUD) rehabilitation projects. I have demonstrated skills to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with counterparts in government, multi-lateral and bilateral agencies, and civil society to address emerging issues related to project implementation. I am expertise in stakeholder management and coordination, reporting i.e., analytical reports, progress reports and working papers, documentation, developing presentations and briefs, and project implementation plans. I am aware of databases and know-how to best utilize them for making timely corrective and preventive actions.

Promote understanding and ownership of the programme in the community to link prevention of malnutrition and treatment of malnutrition at the grassroots level so that while children are being effectively treated, the underlying causes (or deny to access the treatment facilities) can also be addressed.
Conducted community outreach activities with help of Govt. machinery LHWs, LHVs, LHS and volunteers for case finding and follow-ups visits at BHU.
Conduct and facilitate training/capacity building sessions of LHWs, LHVs, LHS, and community volunteers (VCs) to achieve the project goal.
