RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Support country wide sales team for maximum business
growth by timely response with best pricing and products.
• Closely study and analyze each customer requirement, find
best solution/products, discuss with sale person/ customer/
Principal and make winning strategy.
• Negotiation with principal/supplier to obtain best discounts.
• Make deal secure with principal through Deal Registration.
• Arrange and meet target prices whenever needed by sales
team to beat the competition and win the deal.
• Closely follow up with sales team/customers for closure of
deal.
• Once the deal close, try to increase margins by taking
further discount with principal/suppliers.
• Provide 24x7 full supports to sales team whenever needed
even if on leave.
• Make proposals and send to customers directly, especially
for GCP accounts for quickest response to customers, on
sales person request, whenever needed.
• Take help from pre sales and enterprise support team to
authenticate the solution when needed.
• Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relations with all
stake holders including principal, sales team, partners and
customers.

* Provide pre sales support for tenders and RFQs.
* Find out the best suppliers, maintaining best quality with best prices.
* Search out market to discover new competent suppliers.
* Make good deals with supplier.
* Bargaining with suppliers.
*Order confirmation.
* Procurement.
* Follow up for timely delivery from supplier.
* Documentation required for procurement
* Maintain relations with suppliers.
* Assist to maintain warehouse and oracle based inventory system of IT based equipment.
* Receiving , stocking and issuance/dispatch of equipment

Online warranty claim submissions received from engineers all
over the Pakistan.
Follow up and coordination with principal for timely approvals.
Arrangement for collection of warranty parts from Local Hub.
Timely Issuance/dispatch of parts to minimize the support
time frame.
Coordination with engineers, branches, principal and warranty
hub for timely resolution of any warranty related issue.
* Procurement and issuance of Internal IT equipments/parts as per requirement.
* Pricing, negotiation, quotation and order placement for parts sales under supervision of IT support Head.
* Pre sales assistance in tenders of UPS Business.
