I have experience of managing Programs/Projects of Primary Health Care, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Gender based Violence (GBV), supervising EPI campaigns, conducting Surveys, analyzing Data with International, National Humanitarian Non Government Organizations and Public Sector in Pakistan. My education and experience are as under:
I did Master of Management Science in Public Health, Masters in English Literature besides a 3 years Diploma of Medical Assistant (F.Sc.-Pre Medical Basis) from Punjab Medical Faculty Lahore.
In addition to that I have completed a number of Professional Courses and trainings both from International and National prestigious institutions of the World like Medicins Dumonde (MDM-F) Paris –France, LUMS, Agha Khan University Karachi, Health Services Academy Islamabad, Institute of Public Health Lahore, UNICEF, UNFPA,WHO .
As far experience, I started my career as Deputy Medical Officer (Clinician) Incharge of Basic Health Unit and completed my most recent contractual services as a District Oversight Consultant with UNICEF.Prior to that I worked as Medical coordinator with Medecins Dumonde France (MDM-F) Emergency Mission Islamabad –Pakistan. MDM-F is an International Humanitarian NGO working on Primary Health Care, Reproductive Health and Gender Based Violence (GBV) in more than 36 countries around the world.
My job included Planning ,Monitoring and Supervision of Implementation of Program activities, Baseline Surveys ,preparation of concept notes, Project design and Proposal writing for the Donors, writing project reports, success stories and case studies ,recruitment of the staff and their training and on job guidance, their appraisal and administrative issues Support in budgeting and in logistics and purchase, compilation and analysis of the Project data and research work, preparing and presenting the Project briefs for Ministry of Health (MOH ) and Donors, review and liaison with the stakeholders and Partners , Baseline surveys ,Need Assessment, Organizing Workshops.

Programmatic oversight functions:
Pre-campaign
1.1. Support and guide the respective District Health Authority in the understanding of the financial breakdown of the measles budget and on the modalities of expenditure as per agreed rules between UNICEF and Govt of Punjab. Keep a continuous liaison between district health authorities and Provincial EPI team through Provincial UNICEF Office. Participate in the Orientation workshop facilitated by UNICEF CO and Field office teams and develop work plan for the assignment
1.2. Conduct an orientation session with the district health authority for the modalities of HACT expenditure.
1.3. Guide the districts in disbursements of different payments in line with the agreed budgets.
1.4. Ensure that the resources provided for pre-campaign activities were used for the intended activities at district level as per the micro plans.
1.5. Facilitate all the activities at district level regarding measles SIA, both programmatic and financial during pre-campaign phase including trainings and meetings at different levels and report on proposed corrective measures taken
Intra-campaign:
1.6. Ensure that the planned activities have been executed to the required level and quality and in accordance with the planned budget.
1.7. Report to the province of the real-time data on daily basis on agreed format (e.g. Rapidpro, excel etc)
1.8. Facilitate all the activities at district level regarding measles SIA, both programmatic and financial during campaign phase and report on proposed corrective measures.
Post-Campaign Phase
1.9. Support the respective district in the complete and proper compilation and submission of the vouched accounts to the provincial office within stipulated time.
1.10. Facilitate all the activities at district level regarding measles SIA audit by third party, both programmatic and financial
