Business Analysis team lead

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acting as a liaison between business owners, product managers, and technology teams to ensure smooth and effective flow of communication and requirements.

• Establish business analysis workflow, templates and standards.

• Elicit and document business requirements into functional specifications

• Consultations with users to identify, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.

• Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of business process analysis and requirements gathering to support delivery of specific business and IT Systems change projects.

• Understand and comply functional specifications with technology infrastructure and architectural requirements.

• Developing product requirements specification for new functionality and perform impact analysis.

• Develop and maintain product functional specifications for new and modified product requirements.

• Analyze and document non-functional requirements specific to product requirements.

• Responsible for taking sign-off on all functional specification documents created against client requirements and publishing it to the teams.

• Provide detailed business requirements specification presentations to developers and testers, and coordination with the SQA team to develop plans to test business and functional processes.
• Review and provide feedback for functional test cases.

• Review and provide feedback for technical design specifications and developed projects.

• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

• Ensure timely production of outputs to previously agreed timescales, including status reports.

• Create, update, and maintain product functions traceability with product requirements.

• Dealing with 3rd party service providers and aggregators for integration projects.

• Conduct Impact analysis meetings and responsible for reviewing and analyzing developers work as per published functional specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
•Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
•Defines and documents customer business functions and processes
•Responsible for managing and assisting projects and solutions either it’s IT based or related to any other software/hardware integration from its initial stages till its deployment.
•Working in conjunction with the sales & IT team to provide reliable solutions for all issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the project.
•Active resource for capturing client’s requirements, designing solution against it, developing business requirement documents and communicating with developers to elaborate client’s need.
•To research and develop solutions considering latest market trends and needs.
•Primary technical resource for the field sales forces, and responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of sales process.
•Indulged in multiple Software-Hardware integrations, configurations, software maintenance, troubleshooting & database integrations/configurations.
•To develop compelling presentations and collaterals and present IT based & engineering solutions to customers.
•Demonstrations, pre/post sales support and installations of Zultec standard softwares at client site i.e. Zultime (time & attendance solution), ZWMS (warehouse management solution), ZulAsset (asset management solution), ZulPOS (point of sale solution), etc.
•Provide in-depth support and services to customers, sales team, and service team members during the system sales, demonstrations and installation process.
•Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services.
•Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.
•Anticipate and resolve customers’ issues prior to & after project deployment

•Perform ETL processes (Data extraction, Transformation and Loading) for business application.
