Managing and leading all construction activities of projects of different nature from layouts/demarcations to completion. I also involved in reviews and preparation of technical and financial proposals, evaluations, tendering and prequalification process of various construction contracts etc. my responsibilities also included rate analysis for preparation of BOQs and Cost Estimations, preparation and submission of work progress reports to higher management, checking and verification of work bills, coordination with clients, consultants and contractors for smooth running of the projects. Monitor all ongoing construction and administration activities of site.

Checking and Verification of all Construction at site including Structure Layouts/ Demarcations, Execution as per Design and Drawings, Form work, Steel Bar Bending Schedules, pouring of Concrete and also supervision of Road Structure, Embankment, Sub Grade, Sub Base , Water Bound, Prime Coat and asphalt Wearing Course at Site

All Construction Works at site including Structure Layouts/ Demarcations, Execution as per Design and Drawings, Form work, Steel Bar Bending Schedules, pouring of Concrete and also all type of Building Finishing Works to bring the project to a standing reality on the ground. Preparation of Measurement Book (M.B), preparation of work bills, daily and monthly progress reports, material requisitions for clients, store record keeping and all necessary documentation.
