Successfully prepared feasibility for implementation of Plan & reproject feature of Allocation tool in
ORACLE. It helped in bringing automation in the inventory allocation and improved the overall efficiency
of the department.
Successfully worked on the Size-wise allocation feature of the ORACLE and made steps towards its
implementation. It helped in making inventory lean while maximizing the sales goals.
Actively participated in the Shoe Planet launch by ensuring effective inventory controls at Shoe Planet

Roles and responsibilities
o Ensuring availability of the stock at right time by allocating the stock from warehouse to stores.
o Consolidating the stock between stores to minimize the lost sale
o Updating weekly PPD in order to track the sales and flow of inventories
o Ensuring ReSA compliance every month (against the active Promos), in order to avoid errors/mistakes in sales value at stores.
o Managing the tasks relevant to the tools i.e. ORMS, ORMS Reports, Allocation Tool and RPM
