· Manage Bank portals to generate & view Bank’s transactions.
· Generate receipts report on daily basis
· Make sure to complete daily tasks as per budget on daily basis.
· Confirming daily budget bank transactions Dr./Cr. if any dispute then resolve it ASAP.
· Cooperate with seniors to create clean and simple interfaces.
· Check and Verify Financial Reports to Ensure Accuracy
· Verifications and make sure to reconcile of Debtor/Creditor’s Ledgers.
· Maintain and manage Bank Reconciliation Report
· Manage Stock Reports and Stock Reconciliation.
· Assist to Prepare monthly financial statements (CFS, BS & PL)
· Manage & sometime prepare various financial report and submit it to regulatory Management
· Look for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the budget, and make recommendations to management as needed
