Job Responsibilities:
• Looking for 16 million average businesses from 2700 outlets of Lahore A DHA to Behria Town (Canal is a Boundary Line).
• In IMT looking for 1 million average businesses from Hyperstar’s of Lahore (IMT).
• Target Achievement volume and value (primary & secondary) targets on monthly, quarterly and Yearly basis. Ensuring Distributor ROI quarterly basis.
• Target Splitting for Order Booker through last year Area sales history & market potential. Set drop size focusing on productivity & availability.
• Hiring, training and motivating sales team members (30 plus members – 27 order bookers, 03 merchandisers and 04 territory sales Officer)
• Handling 4 Hub Distributors & 3 Spokes.
• Market Intelligence and feedbacks / Market analysis / Market competition analysis
• Designing sales strategies with tem to achieve company’s numeric and weighted distribution targets.
• Execution of Sales & Trade marketing activities as per given calendar.
• Conducting time to time audits of distribution networks in order to ensure smooth sales and distribution activities.
• Applying organizational SOP`s / Following organizational vision and mission.

• Successfully launched of 4 new SKU’s in Lahore Town in Aug-2017 with 90 % availability at existing outlets.
• Done ever highest sales in Oct-2017 22 Million and got top performer award from COO.
