Key responsibilities;
• Identification of affected families
• Need assessment
• Supervision of the team members
• Preparation of weekly plan
• Conduct meeting with Hygiene promoters
• Addressing the problems, issues, conflicts within the community
• Advocacy with line departments, stake holders, and other NGOs
• Monitoring all the Activities Regarding project objective
• Participation in coordination meeting
• Assisting the project manager in monthly reporting
• Record keeping
2.• Identification/Selection of underprivileged schools with the consultation of education
Department.
• Impart training to PTC,s under the mentioned below subjects
• Four days Role & Responsibilities Training on PTC Guide Book
• Social Accountability Training
• Gender Training
• School Improvement Plan Development
• Campaign for increase in enrollment and decrease in drop out.
• Conducting Community Forums
• Networking at UC level, Circle level & District level
• Conducting PTC Executive body meetings and General body meetings
• Establishment of Literacy centres & Post Literacy centres with the coordination and Support of NCHD project management of the project office.
• Coordination project related activities with local elected & appointed officials.
• Travel within district to selected communities as often as necessary.
• Prepare Daily, weekly & monthly project reports in cooperation with sector PC, ADPO, DPO.
• C.O and CBO capacity building training.
• Conduct Broad Based Community Meetings (BBCM) at the grass root (village) level.
• Register Community Volunteers and maintain Volunteer Database.
• Formation of village committees to ensure participation in emergency activities.
• Work closely with Community Volunteers and build the capacity in social mobilization to encourage community participation in relief activities.
• Conduct data verification (data collection & general vulnerability information of WV targeted communities) of data utilized in programme planning and implementation.
• Liaise & co-ordinate with all stakeholders at UC/Village level.
• Identification of beneficiary skills and skills for livelihood.
