- Lead Team in flood affected districts of Sindh.- Lead team in flood affected areas to final schools for new construction, Minor repair & HP Tents Installation.- Participate in District,Provience & National level meetings & Seminors/Workshops.- Coordinate with district administration, Education department & Community to Establish Temporary Learning Centers in flood affected areas.- Supervisions of team during assessment of fully & partially damage schools for new construction, Minor repair & HP Tents Installation.- Supervisions of team during conducting sessions on Gender Base violence (GBV), Child Protection -CP, Early Marriages, Social Behervial Change(SBC) & Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) etc.- Supervisions of Training conducted on Mental health and Social Psychology Support(MHPSS), Multi Grade Teacher Training, & School Management Committee.- Liaison with communities to re-enroll their children’s in schools who were already admitted in the school before flood to ensure the continuity of their education- Ensure quality and continuity of Temparory Learning Centers through regular monitoring field visit.- Supervisions of field team during conducting sessions on Health & Hygiene & wash Facilities in the schools.- Support teachers to manage the stresses and complexities of teaching in unstructured settings, such as TLC/CFSs, and the challenges of working with children who have recently been through or are going through traumatic experiences, teachers in all target districts will receive additional training on teaching in emergencies.- Conduct regular field visits and provide technical assistance to field teams, as needed.- Submit daily, weekly and monthly updates about TLCs, student’s attendance, teachers training and attendance and community meetings.- Ensure efficient use of classroom management strategies and design teaching and re-creational kits.- Prepare all internal and external reports in accordance with the contribution agreement.- Monitor the implementation methodology for its efficiency in-term of inputs and verifiable results.- Coordinate closely with other program teams at regional and NC level for building synergies and affective programme delivery.- Build liaison between relevant field, region and national center level.- Coordinate closely with MEAL and incorporate technical input, feedback and suggestion for further improvement.- Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
- Design and implement comprehensive MEAL frameworks that align with the project objectives, ensuring systematic monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes for all project components.- Develop robust data collection tools and methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups) to gather quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of project data.- Monitor project progress against established KPIs, targets, and milestones, providing regular updates and reporting to project management, donors, and stakeholders.- Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions- Provide training and technical support to project staff and local partners on MEAL concepts, tools, and practices to strengthen their capacity in data collection, reporting, and evaluation.- Provide technical leadership and support to project and partner staff in planning and implementing M&E systems and activities, data-based program decision-making, and results reporting; provide training as needed.- Conducting Training of Enumerators on baseline survey HALDO,Teachers, Caregivers survey & on Focus group discussions with Teachers, Caregivers & Children’s.- Facilitate program department in baseline survey and need assessments in terms of forming data collection tools, sample size, training of data collection team.- Conducting training of Enumerators on baseline survey data punching in KOBO Toolbox,Google form, Excel & online Learning Tree Application.- Conducting training of Teachers, Caregivers & Learners on online Learning Tree Application.- Write reports of Monitoring/ training according to donor need - Maintain updated record of all concerned activities.- Any other activity assign by supervisor.
- Design, Develop and Supervise implementation of appropriate formats, tools and system for monitoring and evaluation, assuring quality.- Organize and support surveys, data collection, data, Verification, Validation, Classification, Completeness, Correctness and consistency, hold follow up on any data quality issue.- Design and facilitate assessment, surveys and evaluations as required by program management, and analyze Monitoring plans.- Provide inputs for finalization of all formats, quality assurance tools and protocols to be used for monitoring of project activities;- Undertake regular monitoring visits of the program activities, identify gaps in implementation and quality and provide feedback to implementing and field team for improvement in implementation;- Facilitate in to data collection and dissemination of high quality information for the internal reports, program management, communications and other IRC departments, including case studies and donor reports information.
