*Leading and facilitating processes for the enhancement of productivity and quality of product.
*Completing electrical projects by planning, supervising installations & resolving design issues.
*Scheduling preventive maintenance program and make necessary arrangements for a smooth production operations.
*Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.
*Achieving electrical & electronics engineering operational objectives by contributing engineering information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, and resolving problems.
*Coordinating with vendors, procurement department and in-house store to maintain all the critical spare parts to avoid production loss.
