SLM BSC/RNC ENGINEER

Worked as a 2G , 3G BSC/RNC Engineer in ZTE on Telenor Pakistan Menaged Services Project.
Worked on ZTE BSC (ZXUR 9000 GSM) , ZTE RNC (ZXUR 9000 UMTS ).
Main Responsibilities were Troubleshooting,Operation and Maintenance(O&M) ,Installation and Commissioning of ZTE BSC/RNC .
Worked as a point of contact between Customer and ZTE management through communications or presentations. ZTE BSC Activities:
ZXUR 9000 version upgrade from V6.50.103dp001 to V6.50.103ep002 and P008 ,P009.
Troubleshooting ,installation and commissioning of BSC/RNC boards.
Addition of redundant MGW routes in BSC.
BFD (Bidirectional forward Detection) feature on BSCs.
ISD (Intelligent Shutdown) feature on BSCs.
CMP load balancing of BSCs. LAC shifting activities.
BSC expansion , commissioning of Boards using Linux . Soft TRX expansions.
Sharing of BSC/RNC boards' capacities ,sites & TRXs count on BSC,RNCs.
Links capacities on interface boards with Customer planning team.
Troubleshooting of Voice , Data issues on Sites/Node B or BSC/RNC level.

Working as a RAN BO(BTS) Engineer on Telenor MS Project Pakistan:
10 Months attachment with ZTE VEGA Team on 3G site implementation Project :
Successfully integrated 1582 ZTE BTS (ZXSDR BS8900, ZXSDR BS8700) to 3G.
Responsible for timely closure of work order of 2G to 3G integrated sites with zero snag.
Hand on experience on 3G new sites creation and rehoming
Configuration in both OMC-R and OMC-B(Node B)
Software up gradation of Node B.

Experience of fault management, configuration management, log management, performance management and troubleshooting of ZTE Netnumen

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for Planning and Survey (TSSR) the MOTO SWAP Project for Etisalat telecom in all over the UAE.
Managing the activities for new sites investigations, ready for integration and for quality check with the implementation.
On site rectification and troubleshooting.
Managing the network up gradation, expansion, configuration and health check activities.
Also responsible for the coordination with Huawei (Customer) and subcontractors, documentation and verification of sites material.
Upgrading BTS3900L from Ver.B to Ver.D for 2G, 3G and LTE
Upgrading BBU for 2G, 3G and LTE
Media check and testing before Cutover and after
Alarm testing and verification of before and after swap

Following up the whole rollout process i.e. Site acquisition, design planning, Civil resourcing, TI implementation, PATs and checklists preparation.
Responsible for Subcontractor formation and managing resource for team.
Successful follow up of onsite Teams providing them with technical support and coordinating with customer regarding any issue.
Maintaining quality of work by providing trainings to teams and visiting sites for quality control .
