Playing a critical role as an MEAL Officer in ensuring the success of the Early Recovery Support to 2022 Flood Victims project by.
- Developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Conducting field visits and using data validation tools to validate project data.
- Producing regular reports to document lessons learned and project achievements.

Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, and systems for the project.
Collect, analyze, and report on project data, including progress against targets, project outputs, and outcomes, and produce regular M&E reports.
Ensure that project activities are aligned with the project\\\'s objectives, and provide recommendations to enhance project performance.
Conduct regular field visits to project locations to collect and verify project data and assess the quality of project implementation.
Train project staff and partners on M&E tools and systems, and provide support in data collection and analysis.
Ensure that the project\\\'s M&E system complies with donor requirements, and support the development of donor reports.
Support the project team in conducting assessments, surveys, and studies to inform project design and implementation.
Document and share lessons learned, best practices, and success stories from the project with the project team and partners.

Conduct timely readiness assessments for the Measles & Rubella Vaccine Campaign at the district and Union Council (UC) level using WHO tools and in coordination with the District Immunization Officer and PEI staff.
Monitor and assess the quality of preparatory activities such as trainings, management meetings, ACSM activities, waste management, AEFI management, and data management at the district, tehsil, and UC level using prescribed tools, and share the findings with the DPEC, District Health Management Team (DHMT), and Provincial NPO/TO and Measles Consultant.
Conduct supervision of the Measles & Rubella Vaccine Campaign using observer\'s checklist as per guidelines.
Coordinate with DPEC and DHMT for recording and follow-up of minutes of meetings held at the district level for Measles & Rubella Campaign.
Assist in coordination with DPCR for facilitating smooth field data collection and reporting at higher level.
Assist in reviewing monitoring and supervision reports of 1st and 2nd level supervisors to identify inconsistencies and missing data for correction and compile the results, and present them to the DPEC, DHMT, and province.
Assist in making a distribution plan for the vaccine and logistics from the district to service points.
Prepare Measles & Rubella SIA technical report for the district at the end of the campaign.
Monitor post-campaign survey training and field data collection activities done by 3rd party for quality assurance using specific tools

Responsible for identification of school in targeted areas and conducting all the designed activities at schools level and generating of the quality environmental report as required by donor agency and HQ.
Responsible to submit the environmental impact assessment report of all targeted schools in the first quarter of the project with strong coordination with environmental specialist of the local government department.
Responsible to delivered session on environment-friendly method for sanitation and construction of environment-friendly and low-cost latrine.
Develop and maintain program monitoring and reporting system, ensure all the activities are environment-friendly.
Develop culturally acceptable and easy to understand hygiene and sanitation promotion tools (CLTS) for public health promotion and ensure appropriate implementation of it under the direct guideline from Senior Project Coordinator.
Represent the organization externally and collaborate/coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, and UN agencies on WASH issues at district and province level as per guideline provided by Senior Project Coordinator.
Provide technical support to staff and promote learning based on project objectives and activities and ensure documentation and sharing of learning with other sectors and programs.

To Support, supervise and monitor field activities.
To access the training needs of vaccination staff (Vaccinators and LHWs) as well as help them in provision of training on vaccination mobile application and provide support/facilitation, as and when required.
To coordinate with District Health Department and vaccination personnel for project activities.
To visit each participating health center regularly to meet vaccination staff and monitor project activities at staff and house hold level as per guide line provided for monitoring.
To notify the Field Manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected and/or detected.
To prepare daily field reports and share with field manager for monitoring purpose.
To maintain regular stock of all project related equipment provided by Field Manager.
Performing all other duties as requested by the seniors as and when required. 10. Conduct community awareness sessions.

To support the efficient and timely implementation of FSL activities
To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL cash activities.
To support the Field Officers in the verification of the beneficiaries to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population.
To organize the community for the implementation of training, social mobilization activities and distributions.
To collect information to ensure the surveillance of the nutrition, WASH and Food Security situation in the area of implementation of the project, when required
To support the preparation of documentation required for the implementation of field activities.
To collaborate with Cash officers and capacity building team in field activities as community mobilization and sensitization.
To support in implementation of cash disbursements and nutrition and WASH activities at field level
To produce project activity reports from the area of operation as per reporting schedule or when needed
To implement the Security Plan in the project sites.
To collect and report any new security information, incident or any change of the context to the Field Supervisor.

To facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL activities
To work with community committees, line department to ensure the identification and selection of the most vulnerable population and provide information to ensure accountability fairness and transparency during implementation of activities.
To maintain records of the technical implementation in electronic form and hard copy, if required;
To facilitate the evaluation of the project in the field, as required;
Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery and distribution of seeds and fertilizer to beneficiaries.
Maintain accurate records of all distributed seeds and fertilizer, and provide regular reports to the project manager.
Coordinate with local partners, including community-based organizations, to ensure effective distribution of seeds and fertilizer to beneficiaries.
Ensure that distribution activities are conducted in a transparent and accountable manner, and that all beneficiaries receive the support they are entitled to.
Provide feedback to the project manager on any issues or challenges that arise during the distribution process, and work collaboratively to find solutions.

o To supervise regular data collection of Food For Work activities and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
o To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
o To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
o Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant Project Manager and Partners.
o Ensure that implementation of FFW activities adheres to Badin Rural Development Society (BRDS) monitoring and evaluation system
o Participate actively in program planning process and budgeting of the program quality

o To mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of community organization ensuring their roles will contribute in the overall goal achievement of the FFW project.
o To Select of the most vulnerable, marginalized and poorest of the poor beneficiaries based on criteria
o Assessment survey to identify the most vulnerable IDPs in the target area.
o To Keep close coordination with community, religious leaders and community leaders
o To visit different location and identify the deserving communities for the FFW project package.
o To mobilize the village project committee for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiaries identification and final selection as per agreed in the approved proposal

o Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
o Conduct session on food security and livelihoods and its importance.
o Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given
o To participate in weekly meetings of Food Security team to discuss work plan and work related issues.
o Establishment of the Village Committees (VC) in the targeted villages as per Standard Operating Procedures
