Utilize Oracle Campus Management System, Microsoft Excel, and database
management for result preparation, including the Faculty of Pharmacy, BDS,
and M.B.B.S. Manage the Question Bank, involving objective coding, compiling,
formatting, finalizing, and printing examination papers.
Create attendance records for the Semester, CAT, and End-of-clinical Rotation
exams. Generate Mark sheets, Transcripts, House Job certificates, and
Provisional certificates. E-Transcripts, and manage scrutiny and student
grievance applications. Set up online examination links for Google Meet videos
and coordinate exam materials with relevant faculty members.
Utilize SPSS for computing difficulty and discriminatory index.
Coordinate with faculty members, the Registrar's Office, and the Accounts
Department for student records-related issues.
Ensure all examination arrangements are in place before the exam dates,
including correspondence and logistics.
Act as the Head of invigilators during exam conduct
