Duties include:
• Responsible for operation of Production and overall shift activities
• Responsible for preparation of Production reports.
• Responsible to make sure that all Process/Production parameters are as per standard specifications.
• Monitor Product Quality and minimize wastage
• Utilizing man power in the most effective manner.
• Carrying out performance reviews of shift supervisors and workers.
• Ensure stocks of Chemicals and Spares of Resin Plant.
• Managing production parallel to demand.
• Responsible to conduct preventive & corrective maintenance of Plants and Utilities.
• Responsible to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
• Preparation of relevant reports and documents for higher management.
• Scheduling staffing levels, planning for holiday and weekend cover.
• Monitoring staff attendance and performance levels.
• Appraise and develop workers.
• Controlled & Audit of plant housekeeping, process conformity & equipment top order condition.
• Achieved in improvement of Production Quality by Preparation of Technical reports to carry out R&D activities.
• Maintain all areas of Health & Safety relevant to service users, working environment & staff teams.
