I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in Human Resource Management make me an appropriate candidate for any position in the HR department of an organization/Institute. I have been working as HR Officer with different local and international organizations for the last 11 years. I believe that I can perform well all the assigned duties and tasks. I have been hiring technical and non-technical staff for different international donors like UNHCR, IRC, CRF-US Aid, UN-OCHA and WHO under their projects related to health (PHC, ARI, and DTC), shelter, Non-Food Items (NFIs), and IDPs Protection. Objective 1: Recruitment Support
Activities:

Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, managing the hiring process i.e. interviews, test, job offer, reference checks and orientation of new joiners.
Participate in the interview panel when and where required.
Draft offer letter, contract, and other HR correspondence and share for approval.
Distribute offer letter, contract and other HR correspondence to field staff; arrange their signing by staff, and ensure these are filed in relevant personnel files.
Ensure Job description signed from all staff and placed in relevant employees’ personnel files.
Ensure that Base and CO HR Management are timely updated over any vacant position and raise the requisition for filling the positions.
Maintain and update database and share with HR-Base and CO on regular basis.
Support to Finance Department in the preparation of payroll with supporting documents.
Respond employee's queries related to HR, payroll, Final settlements and Leaves.
Assist HR department in finalizing different periodic performance appraisals.
Responsible and ensure that all employees are marking their attendance on daily basis.
Process Leaves application of employees, keep up date the record, and share with HR-Base and CO on a regular basis or when required.
Ensure timely process of clearance and initiate the final settlements of leavers after clearance issue experience certificates by signing the document from HR-CO
Communicate timely addition/ deletion for health/ life insurance and EOBI to HR-CO on regular basis.
 

Objective 2: Coordination
Activities:

Maintain close coordination with the staff in order to ensure that HR department knows about the staff issues and challenges if any, and discuss with the relevant management personnel to find out way outs, timely.
Update personnel files and other related HR documents including employment agreements, amendments, ensuring confidentiality while maintaining accurate file records;
Establish and maintain close coordination with HR-Base and Country Office in order to support in rolling out the HR system at project office.
Need based cooridnation with Insurance company for claiming medical bills of the staff. 
Need based coordination with Finance department.

Objective 3: Documentation
Activities:

Provide the required Employees details to HR-Base for maintaining personnel file in Hard and as well as in the soft form.
Maintain Staff details and provide when and where needed.
Establish and maintain a staff database wherein all the related requisite data is systematically fed and organized.
Maintain and provide data to HR-Base for clearance and other related matter.
Assist in managing EOBI record of each staff members and providing updates to the staff about EOBI queries. 
Ensuring proper  exit clearance of the leaving staff and fill all the required formats accordingly. 

Objective 4: Reporting
Activities:

Weekly and Monthly reporting to project Manager.
Monthly reporting to HR-Base and CO on HR status.
