Constant monitoring of live network of MOBILINK BSC and BTS and critical alarm at iManager M2000.
Maintaining outage reports on daily basis and Coordinate with field staff responsible for operations and maintenance.
Prepare fluctuation reports work with field team to minimize the outage.
Escalation of Trouble Tickets generated by NMC (MOBILINK) and Service effecting.
Monitoring Huwaei power cube sites on NETCO.
Alarm delay comparison between NetEco and M2000.
Raise Fuel TTs.
Handle Fuel Theft cases and escalate to Security company and maintain fuel theft Data.
Prepare and maintain RCA report.
Closing Trouble Tickets and escalating to field teams.
Co-ordination with technical/field teams for database maintaining of fuelling record on PMCL software EMS.
Provide Hourly based refueling updates to PMCL/ZSPL.
Coordinate with PMCL Management for resolution of technical as well as Refueling Related issues.
Making Plans to Move teams on sites for refueling purpose.
Looking after teams related issues faced on sites for fuelling purpose.
Keeping updates the Mobilink Refueling Record by using EMS and maintain daily report and sending to head office Islamabad.

Coordination with technical teams to maintain Refueling Record on ‘Mobilink Software $opex.
Provide Hourly Base updates of Refueling to Mobilink.
Making Plans to Move Teams on sites for Refueling Purpose.
Look after the Team issues regarding refueling on Sites.
Keeping update the Mobilink Refueling Record by using $opex.
Maintain daily reports and sending to Head Office Islamabad.

Monitoring Drive Testing using TEMS software for Coverage, Quality Problems and Handover for both 2G and 3G.
Observing various Radio Parameters carefully for identification of coverage and quality problems and collection of DT’s data for analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
Monitoring of physical Site Audit like antenna azimuth, Tilt (Electrical & Mechanical) changes, coordinates etc.
Responsible for various RF/wireless activities like survey, Planning, DT & Troubleshooting, Analysis, and Rollout & Optimization.
