Responsibilities include
Maintain records and filling in the system on daily basis.
Create daily order processing & order refund reports
Reconcile Items dispatched with inventory and accounts
Ensure orders are being fulfilled and shipped timely and accurately.
Explore and maintain relations and records with companies
Analyze financials and marketing surveys and provide recommendations
Lead team responsible for maintaining generating invoices (including calculating usage and credits) and transmit those to customers
Supervision of Interim and Final Project Reports, Finalization of Project Financial Reports
Train and organize the on-shore and off-shore team that supports the financial & marketing reporting processes.
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, goal setting, and performance reviews of the finance marketing team.
Establish and enforce proper methods, policies and principles
Review and assess client contracts to ensure accurate implementation of pricing adjustments.
Staffing and managing the fulfillment of employees to include all permanent and seasonal staff and Prepares necessary SOPs for fulfillment processes.
To achieve agreed CASA deposit & opening new accounts on monthly basis
Cross Sell, generate lead and refer to related departments /divisions
Able to assess customers need and resolve problems
To keep updated knowledge of all products and Compliance.
Submission of Sales / Visit Report on daily basiso
To render highest level of services to clients
Responsible for office Brands
Providing Assistance to Officers;
Sending corresponding emails to concern departments & individuals;
Phone correspondence with concern;
Responsible of smooth running of computers, internet connections & printers;
Carrying Office correspondence to the concerned;
Keeping in the custody seal of the Office premises and liaising with security officials for opening & closing of Office premises;
