14 years experience of Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Report Writing with a special focus on Gender, capacity building and community development
Skills in program and policy analysis, program and projects monitoring and evaluation, design and management of result based programs
Experience in participatory development approaches, mainstreaming of gender into development initiatives, design and implementation of demand side governance frameworks and service delivery
Independently led impact evaluation initiatives; Skills in survey design, management and execution

Communication and Report Writing: Experience of project report writing catering to both the internal (organizational) and external (donor) requirements; planning and development of communication strategy tools and organizing events for showcasing and dissemination
Advocacy and Resource Material/ Publication Development: Experience of conceiving advocacy ideas for a certain proposition, developing advocacy tools, resource material and publication handling.
Technical Role:
• Programme management especially in managing research proposals from initiation to completion and on delivering quality programmes results in line with agreed plans, budgets and timelines
• Provide technical and supervisory support to initiate the design and implementation of research studies commissioned to the firm
• Support practical and strategic ability to help design scale up and coordinate and manage programme of research and other initiatives taken by the firm
