I graduated in Civil Engineering from University of Engineering Technology,Lahore in 1990 and earned the position of Chief Engineer (BS-20) in 2011.
I am experienced in rehabilitation works, facility management (standby electricity generation, elevators, PABX etc.) and new projects (housings and office towers). Further, hiring of consultants and contractors, Terms of reference (TORs), Award of work under Pakistan Engineering Council/ FIDIC/PPRA bidding standards has been invoked many a time. Further, procedure for the resolution of disputes and litigation processes are also acquainted. For the last nearly two years, I was positioned to look after financial services for students.
