Lead in the implementation of HR Strategies by transforming them into actions and plans
• Plan, develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and systems based on the set HR
strategy to support achievement of business objectives
• Develop innovative talent management solutions based on advanced technology and IT systems to
enhance quality of selection, optimize financial cost of hiring and reduce time frame
• Proactively implement the HR strategy and provide feedback for necessary modifications and standards
to ensure that business requirements are properly addressed
• Play a role of leading organizational change agent and introduce change management strategies to
evolve and cope with anticipated and current challenges
• Lead team in reviewing and analyzing company-wide data to identify trends and recommend solutions
to improve employee value proposition and retention
• Provide leadership, planning and project management for the development of people operations, to all
employees and business line leadership
• Initiate the onboarding procedure for all new joiners whereby ensuring related activities are performed
by stakeholders
• Conduct induction briefing session for all new joiners ensuring a positive induction experience and
address related queries at the time of joining and assist them with a smooth transition to the company
• Assist in organizing and planning employee engagement initiatives whilst providing creative input and
ensuring operational excellence
• Reporting & Analysis for management review and highlight related red flag areas for necessary action

• Overseeing overall HR functions for all regions and business units – Core HR, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Training with a team of 3 members
• Working with the management committee to develop corporate strategies for all regions and departments and aligning them accordingly
• Ensure Timely execution of in-house / external (open house) trainings as per Training Plan
• Looking after overall HR operations and Employee Relations in all offices
• Formulation & Implementation of HR polices Processes and Systems based on the Business Requirement

• Implementation and revamping of the Balance Score Card to set objectives for all regions and departments globally.
• Ensuring all objectives are set and agreed upon with all regions and departments along with quarterly updates to help the management committee in making important decisions and setting milestones and then linking these objectives to the performance of each employee in all Wavetec offices globally.
• Implementing a new system to conduct the yearly appraisals with proper KPIs and responsibilities set for each person along with a training need analysis based on the 9 Grid Box and deciding the future plan for employees with all senior managers
• Developed a highly competitive Recruitment & Selection Process which improved the hiring rate compared to previous years
• Ensuring the successful implementation of an internal employee management system which lead to the saving company costs
