Business Development Manager & Operations Head
Coordination with all departments and collection follow up to the submission of compliance report (e.g: Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Admin/HR and Procurement)
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for executive meetings.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Attend meetings in order to record minutes
Compile data, and submit for CEO/MD review.
Coordinate with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of CEO/MD
Prepare letters, and other documents, using word processing, and/or presentation software
Manage and maintain CEO schedules
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Make travel arrangements for CEO
Responsible for day-to-day management of the CEOâs calendar and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the CEO in relationship to external and internal requirements. Brief/update the CEO on upcoming meetings and ongoing obligations.
Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving the CEO.
Drafts documents or conducts research to further CEOâs work in program and or development;
Works with Business Development, Communications and/or Program teams to prepare CEO for external meetings, presentations and events, and ensures timely follow up of all action items.
Organizes CEO travel arrangements.
Supports the CEO in dealing with confidential or sensitive personnel or other organizational matters.
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results
