ACTIVITY/PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Worked as a volunteer Assistant to manager finance and at the same time Assistant to manager planning for a local Non-governmental Organization INSAN. Managed and planned the finance of the project Saving and utilizing water resources in District MANSHERA, PAKISTAN. I also took part in field work and giving awareness to general public about the project on the basis of that particular project the NGO set its marks in good papers of USAID.

ACCOUNTING FINANCE PROJECT DETAILS
Assistant Manager Accounts
1- Preparation analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, financial forecast and budgets.
2- Performed general accounting functions, account reconciliation and cash management.
3- Maintenance of account Receivables and account payables.
4- Administrated and streamlined HRM issues besides preparation and disbursal of payroll.
5- Supervision of finance team.
6- Managed running finance and LC limit with Dubai Islamic Bank.
7- Written correspondence with the stack holders of firm.
8- Direct reporting to the CEO of firm.
9- Assisted office manager in administrative and office routine matters.

Executive International Sales

Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
Dealing with customer enquirers face to face, over the phone or via email.
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
Achieving all revenue targets objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
Reporting business trends and area performance to the National Sales Manager.
